No S rank boxes, and possibly unable to submit bugs.

Hello! It has been several months since I received a loot box for being in a party with an S rank, or simply earning one myself. At first I just figured oh, I must have already gotten one for this champion, and moved on. Then after awhile I started to question it and looked. It says I'm eligible for four loot boxes, but despite gaining a few S ranks here and there (In ranked games), I still do not receive boxes. So I finally elected to file a bug report.

Once there, I figured what the heck, I'll file a report about the fact that a club I lead STILL doesn't show up on my club list in any way at all. People in the club can use it, and see me as the leader, but in no way does it appear to me. This would be the second time I filed the club bug, as the first was also months ago and I was told wait, a fix is rolling out. The key here, is that I got email about the bug I filed. (And perhaps that it was never fixed, that might be key as well.)

This time, days after filing both bugs, I have yet to receive emails about them. Not even an automated, and yes I did check my spam folder. I'm not sure what to do at this point, pls halp.
