Post-Game Results not showing (Picture Included)

This has only happened since the fix to the horrible "Alt-Tab" bug, but after the game (luckily just an ARAM), it went to the post game results per the usual, but instead I got a blank sheet, and I'm also curious as well about the "155 mynoots" in the corner by the XP/IP tracker.
