Not sure if it's intended or not, but if not, Rylais doesn't get applied by Swains Q, I hope this is just a bug and not an intentional thing, because it's straight up dumb, he's already nerfed enough with the new "Re-work", you really don't need to punish him more than you already have,

Also, E -> Q -> AA isn't triggering Thunderlord's Decree anymore. I'm guessing the coding on the q is buggy.

His Q is not applying any Spell Effects. no Thunder Lords, Liandri's, Rylais, DFT, etc
