New [Client] Shrinks/Crops When Monitor Is Rebooted (See Workaround)

On Win 7 x64, when my monitor reboots, the screen resolution changes and/or resets which causes the client to shrink to the size shown. This removes critical functionality and can cause a player to dodge if they are editing masteries before their champion is locked in, unless they find this workaround.

Suggestions: Configure the Escape key to close the mastery window. Double clicking the top edge of the client could have standard resizing functionality.

Workaround: On Win 7 you can use Ctrl + Up/Down Arrow keys to resize the client and it will restore the full, uncropped client.
