Unresponsive Keys

It seems as if this problem has been happening since the release of the beta. I've scouted several forum posts and i've not once seen a response from a rioter. Keys randomly have delay on them i can press q nothing will happen then 10 seconds later my q ability happens. It's not all the time but it keeps happening randomly in game. During the course of a 30 minute game this will happen at least 20 times.
