[GAMEPLAY] Aatrox character model sometimes disappears after q instead of landing.

Sometimes when I q with aatrox, his character model doesn't land and appears to disappear from the map. It can still be seen on the minimap and it is still possible to auto attack (I am not sure about abilities) but it is extremely awkward attacking like this. He lands after about 5 seconds but it is very disruptive to both the player, his team and opponents who cannot see him on the screen.

I am not sure how to reproduce this... It seems to happen at random.

This has been happening for almost a year now.
