New Bug when Loading into game after Champ select. (Freezing/Game lock ups)

I'm not really sure what's going on with the Client right now but it seems after every champ select the game freezing and suddenly it won't allow me to reconnect to the game but it still shows that I'm in-game supposedly afk.

The problem persists even after re-logging back into the Client, I only have the reconnect option and no exit option.

When the game finally ended I regain control of the client(I guess if you can call it being in control) and could move on to start a new game, go into the shop or other tabs etc.

This bug has now triggered leaver buster for me (again.)

EDIT:This problem even happens when trying to use the practice tool.
