[CLIENT][CRASH] Crash on champion select after every small patch when staying logged in.

Brief Summary: The game client will crash after any patch has gone live if you leave your client open.

**My experience: ** I always leave my league client open on my desktop and leave it logged in. After patches that do not bring the server down, I accept a queue and and upon selecting a champion in champion select my client crashes. I have noticed this previously for the small patches, but never previously realized exactly what was going on. When i reopen the client it updates and all is well (except, of course, I have a leavebuster penalty on my account!)

**Steps to reproduce: ** Leave your game client logged in, issue a patch that doesn't force you to log out, try to play a game.

**Why this is a problem: ** This is an inconvenience to me and anyone who joins a game with me after a patch. Since there is no "heads up" in the client to prevent me from joining a game without first logging out after a patch, this happens every time a small patch is issued. I also strive to not trigger leavebuster ever, and it's disappointing to have a 5 minute penalty because the client crashed.
