[CLIENT] League client causes entire computer to freeze after loging in

As of today (December 8, 2015) the League client causes my computer to become temporarily unresponsive. It behaves as if the computer is crashing, no inputs register and audio will loop, but after 10- 15 seconds control returns and the client resumes like normal. It always happens right after the login screen closes and the client screen loads in. The links on the homepage will not load in and will instead just be black spaces, everything else appears normal yet frozen, after the freeze the links will appear and everything will function. I should also note that this only happens the first time I log on each day. After booting my computer and logging on to LoL, if I wait out the freeze I can then close the client and open it again without experiencing the issue a second time. I should mention as well that this problem occurred earlier in the year and lasted for several months, although that time it was fixed around mid-August, 2015. Hoping we can get a permanent fix for this.
