Why there's no Icon for send gift?

I'm already send a gift Xayah which is use 6300 IP on yesterday, but I'm still don't have any gift of Magic Icon, why??

Event ends Tomorrow at 11:59 PM PDT. It can take up to two weeks beyond Tomorrow for your icon to be granted.

Icons will be granted within two weeks after the event ends, which is ends on the 26th. The icons can be delivered throughout the time of the event though, as I have gotten one of the two so far (Gift of Magic Icon). So you just have to give it a bit of time as they are not an instant arrival for the gifts that are gotten through Riot.
