[GAMEPLAY] Morgana ult fizzles and disappears

Every once in awhile when ulting someone as Morgana, the first part of the ult does damage then the ult disappears. It's not a case of people walking out of the ult as this happened in game while the enemy was binded by Morgana Q as well and they couldn't move and was clearly in range of the "ult circle". Also not a case of banshees because one of the enemies it happened to didn't have a banshee. Not sure how to reproduce it, but each time it happens the ult fizzles out almost immediately after the initial damage is done.
