Patch 4.19 installing interface

this morning when i launched LoL, the Launcher scanned some files then said : installing interface ( 223mb ) (0kb/s ) i thought it was normal and went to take a shower meanwhile, but when i came back, it's still the same! no progress at all right now i'm using the repair option, i sure hope it will work, am i alone to have this problem?

mine said it scanned about 1000 files

No, you are not alone. I have the same problem and have done everything to try and fix it. Even did a clean uninstall/reinstall. And nothing has worked. I have worked on this for the past 3 days now...no progress. I just don't know what to do.
