Help I KEEP NEEDING TO REINSTALL L.O.L JUST PLAY A GAME

Ok Its a pretty complicated issue but ill try my best to explain it,

lets say i want to play a game of league... the problem is that my game client just says "not responding" but if i reinstall the whole game and try to load into a game it work! But then Whenever i Close my league client and Reopen it later on and then try to play a game, it just says the same thing "not responding".

I am really hoping that I don't have to Reinstall League everyday just to play games for that specific day and have to redownload it tomorrow... Please Help. I've tried hextech repair tool but for some reason my pc won't download the software.Again please Comment If you have any ideas
