A bug where Corki Package disappeared

I was playing a game as Corki, and Corki's passive where Package appears near the fountain was invisible or just not there. The passive was active, and even the notification thing told me to pick up the package, but there was no package to be seen. So I basically played the entire game without using the package. Even my teammates couldn't see the package.

This has never happened before, and it only happened once. But I still thought I should write a bug report since it is a bug that can cause some significant amount in the game for other players.
