4.21 Makes me at TWO FPS, out of a normal 120 fps.

So. I'm terribly confused. Everything was working fine, then 4.21 came out, and I've got Leaver Buster telling me that I'm in a lower priority que, because my game crashes and then won't load. And I'm not running any toaster here. Nvidia GeForce GTX 650. 16 GB RAM. Intal Core i7-4770 CPU at 3.40GHz. Please help. I want to get back to playing League. Also, is anyone else getting the same problem?

I've tried restarting my computer, checking for updates, making sure everything else is running fine on my computer (which everything else does, it's just League that isn't working.)

I am on Skins team, and no engineer, but have you repaired your client recently? With how often we patch, files can get fragmented and corrupted, and that can cause nasty stuff to happen in-game. (I've repaired my client after playing for 3.5 years and was amazed at how many bugs cleared up)

Do you use LoLRecorder or any other replay generation program? Seen lots of reports that those are wrecking performance in 4.21. Note that this is distinct from just screen recording programs.
