League of Legends Match History

I just had a game where I used my spear on my support Alistar at the beginning of the game, I saw his death animation play, as Kalista passive always works, but I wasn't bonded to him.

We couldn't proc the passive for W.

I couldn't ult him.

I tried re-buying the spear, and using it again on every ally in the game, and it played the sound, but no animation, and I could never bond with anyone.

Would you happen to have a video of this happening? Is this happening every game, or was this something that only occurred in the game you've provided with the match history.

We are aware of an issue where if you bind to someone and then re-bind to someone else, like you've mentioned above, it doesn't bind properly, and you aren't able to proc the W passive. However, it sounds like you aren't able to bind with anyone. D:
