Champion Select Bug

After I accept a match a black screen pops up with the "loading..." sign. My friends say I am in champion select but I do not see it. I have to quit the champion select and I have to wait so long and I lose LP because of this. This has happened 3 times today so please help.

Instead of a black screen I'll get X-way through champion select then my client freezes. The only way to fix it is the same way as PMT Battlecast, losing LP and having to wait before I can requeue.
