Freeze during ranked champion select

Whenever i join a ranked game, the client usually freezes and i rarely get to play the game. Problem is, riot thinks its a problem on my end, and classifies me as a queue dodger. That ends with me losing a bunch of LP, and getting a 20-30 min ban before each match. Solutions please? Starting to piss me off
