Not Receiving Hextech Chests?

I haven't been receiving chests when I get an S-rank, or when my party members get an S-rank. Unless there's a change I'm missing, I think this might be a bug?

You can only receive one chest per champion per season. Once you earn a chest with a champion, you will be unable to earn anymore chests while playing as that champion until next season.

I played my first game of Annie this season, so that would be an odd reason for me not to earn a chest. My party member also got an S on Poppy, and the champion list even says that I can earn a box on Poppy, so I'm a little confused.

I have the same issue. I've had 4 available chest to earn now for days and have had multiple teammates and myself earn S ranks, but have not gotten a chest.

Also, you don't get chests for just any random teammate getting an S rank. If a teammate does get an S rank, you need to be in a premade party with them in order to get a chest.
