Horrible fps drop

i have already my visuals on low, i can not make them any lower at all. i still have glitch client when i queue up. my internet connection is just fine. i load into a match and i am trying to change my masteries it pulls up screen will not go away and then i end up dodging match and get penalized for not choosing champ.

Try using Alt+Esc in the loading screen to minimize, and then check if the Alpha Client is minimized on your desktop. If not, minimize it and then click back on the old League icon at the bottom of your screen to go back to the loading screen window.
