Can't use items in the champion inventory / "item box" with mouse

These last 5 or so games I've been playing I've noticed that I'm unable to use any items directly from my inventory. I have custom keys, and can use items 1-4 with those keys, but pressing on them functions like pressing on any other typical item in my inventory. Can't use potions, cast wards, use activated abilities, etc by mouse.

It may help to note that around the same time my Nami custom item pages we defunct, (I'm also reporting that bug, just in a separate forum). Other than that my entire computer freezes up when loading LOL for the first time. I can close the client and reopen and it's fine after that. Also I've been noticing lag lately that I don't normally have. I generally ping at 88, and have frames set to 120 / 140 on my MSI gaming laptop.

Specs: (win 7 ult, 12gb ram, I7-2700MQ 2.4GHz, 1TB hard drive)

After founding out that the LoL Log foldier was full with +3GB of .txt files i've decided to reinstall the game from scratch. After that it appears that i have the exactly same issue, i can't click with the mouse button on any of the items on my inventory to use them.

help pls im having this same problem with a smurf and have triend checking and unchecking everything, not sure whats going on. sorry for the necro

ok it was on disable hud spell click
