Client Bug? unsure really but lost about 500IP

description, ok so a few days ago during the time when store and loot were down, i got about 400 or 500 IP, and i logged off for a bit, later i came back on to find out that the IP i earned was reverted, i checked the difference and wasnt sure what to do, so i played a game to see if that'll fix it, it kinda did? cause it showed my IP was there again with the new amount, but today i finally got enough for a champ i wanted, dealing with the same glitch every time i logged in,but when i try to buy a 4800IP champ when it says i have it, it says i dont have enough, then i log out and back in, and it reverts and does the same, i dont wanna farm more IP for my already earned IP...., need help as soon as possible please, i want this new champ :c
