Pool Party Lee Sin Bug (skin specific)

I have experienced a possible bug multiple times when using this skin: It only happens when i do a max range ward jump. I know its not my internet or computer because whatever streams or playlists I have playing during the game keep going. During this bug i am unable to tab out and the only option is to restart my computer. This possibility that this is skin specific is the result of my recent purchase of the Muay Thai lee sin skin. I have had 0 screen freezes on this skin over a multitude of uses but my first game where I switched back to the pool party one this glitch occurred on a max range ward jump. I don't know if a refund for the skin is possible or not but some help would be greatly appreciated as this bug has lost me countless ranked games.
