Hextech Post-Game Bug

After a few ranked matches, (win or lose) it says :"Inelligeable for loot due to restricted behavior" or something of the sort, but i looked around the web, at other ssimilar forums, and player issues, and the loot restriction is centered on if youre CURRENTLY banned or restricted from ANY gameplay.

I had a 2 week ban about a month ago, but i cleaned up, and have not had any chat restrictions or bans since then, and yet im still apparently restricted.

Its a little shitty to release a new feature in game, and prevent players from being able to earn things for it just because they were recently punished, but currently have no restrictions.

So as i understand it, and according to the hextech faq's, this isnt working as intended. as i have no restrictions.
