Graves has been unable to properly use sheen since his rework
Graves hasn't been able to use sheen since he was reworked
https://youtu.be/AG_wEpCe_3Y Whenever you auto - e - auto on graves sheen will not proc, e - auto procs the sheen, however, this has been around since his rework and to my knowledge has received no response from Riot.

I'm aware sheen isn't the most viable thing on graves, however, I still feel this bug should be fixed as it's been around for so long
