Pregame: flash, smite, deathfire touch, scaling cdr blues Items: (Runic Echoes + Stalkers Blade), zhonya, sorc shoes(3rd slot), morello, void staff, deathcap

Steps:

1. die
2. while dead, sell sorc shoes and buy liandrys
3. spam r as fast as you can
4. when you respawn and ultimate, your ultimate will be on full cooldown (not affected by cooldown reduction)
