[GAMEPLAY] Using Q on Talon plays "effort" sound when out of range.

When using Talon, if you use Q when you are out of range to jump to the enemy it will still play an "effort" sound as if you are jumping to your target. Even if you are way out of range to jump to the target. I spammed Q on the enemy Bot laner and checked back on me in Mid and it still played the "effort" sound. The bug works on dummies in the practice tool too. I noticed this bug on Crimson Elite Talon, I tested it in a practice tool and the "effort" sound still plays with the Stock Talon and the Crimson Elite Talon (please note I only have Crimson Elite Talon and I couldn't test it on the other skins).

How to recreate the bug:

1. Pick Talon
2. Level up Q
3. Stand out of range to jump an enemy
4. Press Q on the enemy

Talon will then play the "effort" sound and then move in range to jump to the target.

I can hear this sound every game I play Talon. I also heard it when I played against a Talon.
