8.11 Rune Pages

Hey uh... updated my game this morning and got the message that rune pages had been cleared out for the new changes. Went to my rune pages and tried making a new page but every time I selected a keystone it sent me back to all the presets. TLDR, can't make a rune page and am stuck with presets as of now.
