[GAMEPLAY] Pantheon Bot unaffected by Fog of War

Playing Intermediate bots I noticed Panth casting targeted spells while I'm in a bush, and over terrain that he shouldn't have vision of. I'm unaware of bots ever placing wards, especially in random patches of jungle. I don't really care if this is ever fixed, but it doesn't seem like a good experience for new players to deal with. I didn't notice it in lane, but if I was doing things in between towers or in the jungle, I noticed he had vision of me pretty frequently. He jumped on me when I was top lane in the bush between the first and second towers red side. (this happened twice) Then he attacked me over the massive wall between red side base and red side red buff.
