No mastery rating in 50% of my matches ( still not fixed )

So i played 20 aram games and only got a mastery rating in 10 of them, this issue isn't new to me as it also occurs in normal matches and also cost mastery tokens a few months back when i was trying to get mastery 6 as I reported this a few times, but i think Riot is already is aware of this, seeing as how i saw forum posts 4 months and earlier with the same issue , but there was no fix, no explanation ( just a ''this thread is old so we're locking it down'' )

I know many others are also experiencing this issue and i/we would like to know is something being done about this? Is there a method to fix it or make it less occuring?

More info on the bug: -roughly 40-50% of my games never get a mastery rating. It just keeps loading forever and when you go to match history, it isn't there either ( see pics) -This happens in ARAM/Normals all the same -This bug prevents you from getting mastery tokens -I'm not the only one experiencing this.
