Champion Select Bug

So I was in ranked choosing my picks and bans and my last ban was VI before selecting my champion I adjusted my runes and mastery's for the upcoming epic battle! Vi's portrait stayed up and covered the X button to close out of my mastery's and i couldn't select my champion because of this i gave up a loss in my series there was literally nothing I could do or press to get out of my Mastery's page because of VI's portrait this has happened quite a few times. And to top it all off i have a 30 min wait time to RE-Que because I had to dodge a troll in a Previous game.
