Can't click on ANY <Hyper>link in/on client/chat!!

I can't click on any link in the client. I can't click on things they post on homepage of client to see the allstars videos or of new champ videos or to the story links. I can't click,,well i can click but nothing happens, on links to someones discord in chat either. I have completely uninstalled LoL and reinstalled. I've done the repair, and even their fix tool. Nothing has worked. Please help. This is very annoying!
