Major 3s Ranked Disappearing Match Issue

Hello everyone, 'tis Lee Wolf.

So, I'm going to be restating a few things that other people have said, because it's a bit irking to see quite a handful of bug reports on this issue, and seeing nothing done, or at least acknowledgement on this issue. This has been said a few times(see the links below), over the course of a week or two, and hasn't really gotten any notice.

Imagine if you will, you're playing a Ranked match, but instead of Summoner's Rift, you're playing with two of your friends on Twisted Treeline. You play carefully, you get a few lucky kills, you use these to take towers, you get ready for a teamfight or two, get a lucky pick, and you get an inhibitor. They're at a major disadvantage, but they fight tooth and nail, until you get an ace, tear down the last tricky tower, and go for the win. Victory!

You get out of the game, on the stat page. ...and the stats aren't loading. Ever. Whatever, skip. Oh, hey, that match you just played? Doesn't show up in team history. Only your personal history, for your team. And you got no LP.

Whatever, it's a one time thing, right? Nope. You repeat this, over and over, win after win. Other people encounter the same issue.

You can see where I'm going with this.

It's a very tricky bug, I'm sure, and I'm hoping Riot will take this issue up soon, but seriously, it's a devastating bug currently, and I'm hoping they can fix it. If any Rioters could at least give this post a nod so that those of us with this issue could know it's at least being looked into, that'd be amazing.

Yup, a solution or at least public acknowledgement from Riot would be nice. I'd like to play some ranked 3s with my friends too, but I'm wary of running into this bug.

Thanks for reposting on this. I posted on it once also. This is a much bigger issue than a lot of the dumb bugs people post about including grammatical errors, etc... This will stop people from playing the game. My 3's team is leery now because we've been cheated some wins and it stinks when can't end a losing streak because of a bug like this..or worse, miss a promo.

I recently had a match that went missing during their maintenance cycle. Put through a support ticket. Support as usual didn't help at all getting my match back (because the statistics didn't save right. The game was there. You can find it... op.gg finds it). I don't think that they really care too much.
