Lol Color Glitch

This glitch doesn't happen every game, but it tends to happen in games where there is a malphite. About 15 minutes into the game, there are weird colors and shapes that emit from champions and wards, etc. Whenever an ability is used it makes my screen flash bright colors, which makes the game impossible to play. NOTE: I am running the game on max settings with a GTX 745 and i7-4790 core

The current game build is 6.5, but this would happen on the patches before this aswell

I have not experienced any glitches or graphic card malfunctions on any other of my games, including CS:GO, War Thunder, etc.
