Arranged Team Comp

Many years ago I played a game of League with my brother. While we were waiting for a match to be found, I curiously clicked the "Join on startup" check mark in the chat settings, and now it is constantly checked and grayed out so I can't uncheck it. It's not affecting my game play at all, but it'd be nice if I didn't have to deal with it anymore.
