Akali All Day Custom OFA games?!

Akali being instalocked on FP every draft game, and being banned every OFA game I've been in. I went to custom to try her out... but than tried to make a one for all cause ppl there also looking to play akali and it wasn't available! Is it something that could become an option?!

I was not aware that rotating game modes were available to make as custom modes.
