Anyone else having this REALLY annoying problem?

I doubt this counts as a bug but only place I could think to post it. I'm now getting friend requests from random people everyone I get on and it's the kind that if you accept the chat instantly pops open with a link. It's aggrivating and idk how or why it's happening.

They're spam bots. It's a really annoying problem plaguing... probably 90% of the league community. I'd call it an exploit, that people can actually do this on Riot's client. A big issue that needs addressing until it's fixed.
