Champion Select Freeze Bug

So i've been playing league for a long time, but after i got a new pc almost every single time i go into champion select the picking freezes i cant pick a champion and every1 leaves the party or so it says after that i have a dodge timer sometimes other people dont pick the time just runs down to 0 and nothing happens if i havent picked until then i cant pick a champion i have to close everything league connected with task manager and open it again just to get back in champion select (if i have time) it works and i get back otherwise a dodge. I tried always switching from champ to champ until its my time to pick it works sometimes but do i really need to switch champions for all the time before its my turn to pick for the rest of my days? I cant even play ranked because it freezes. I tried looking for solutions in forums, google and other places but nothing works i tried: switching dns reinstalling league running hextech repair tool disabling firewall updating drivers reinstalling drivers

I know other people have the same problem and havent found a fix aswell and i just dont know what do to anymore
