Loading screen milefunction

So im on my first 5 games 20 min leaverbuster.. This only because of a bug which happens in loading screen. My internet works perfectly fine, i can go on all internet browsers and open all sites. So the problem lies not with my internet, im sure of that. Still i dont seem to get up and running when in loading screen. All other 9 players get to 100% and im still stuck on 0%. I cant seem to ALT-TAB when in loading screen and i cant seem to connect either. After 5 to 10 min the game starts without me (Which is shitty for the other 9 players because they are actually waiting 5 to 10 min just for me to join the game, which eventually will not happen).

The only way for me to actually manage to join the game is to restart my whole computer and then like magic in the air it does load. Obviously my team always decides to remake and at that point i get 9 reports for leaving the game, which i do not do intentially.. I maybe have quitted 1 game on purpose due to emergency in the whole 4 years i've been playing league.. Im always supportive to the community and to league. Sometimes when this error happens a bug splat error wil occur after is restart and relog to league and it will keep popping up until i send the error instead of not sending it..

I need to wait 5 games 20 min which i find not deserved because it was out of my control to act upon.. So here is my question: I wonder if RIOT can actually tell the difference between intentional leaving and bugging te hell out.. Because im not even that stressed about the 5 games 20 min leaverbuster (which, let's be honest is a bitch itself). Im more worried that this error will keep occuring and will end in a 129312 games 120 min leavverbuster.,.. Ive spend a lot of time on this account and its my only main.. I've put around 30 EU in it and I have earned a lot of skins and cool packages...

Also if league can actually see that this 'leaving behaviour' isnt intentional but 100% because of an unknow error, can they revoke my leaverbuster and fix please fix this hellish bug which has been taunting me for like a year now. It happens occasionaly, sometimes nothing for 3 months sometimes 3 times a week..

I've also been having this problem. I can't get into the game. I repaired my client, and that worked for one game, but the next time, it was back to bugsplatting. It's frustrating to lose games (and league points, since this happened the first time in a ranked game) over something I can't help.
