I CANT LAUNCH LEAGUE!

I get to the screen that has the current available champions and news. But after clicking launch it just stays there. Sometimes i get that black screen with gold letters and click accept but the second one does not pop up after wards. . I have into the rads folder checked compatibility and all kinds of things. This happens after i patch . Help.
