champions showing up as the wrong champion in champion page on profile

I was looking at my champion page and then I noticed vayne turned into nocturne. I went to see if nocturne looked like vayne and then I scrolled back down and vayne was vayne again. then after that I noticed that teemo turned into lee sin when I scrolled back down, and soraka turned into leblanc.
