No hextech chest drop

Hi, just won an Ascesion game and got ranking S with Amumu and didn't get a chest (even tho I'm eligible to get three out of four now). Was just wondering if it's a bug or if you can't get chests from Ascesion? Because from the other mods like URF I did get chests in the past.
