[Client] Small Draft Pick Bug

Hi! I Dont know if this is intentional or not. But if you open the menu to choose your second summoner in the banning phase of the draft pick, the banning icon will in fact overlap the menu with summoner spells. As mensioned earlier, i am not sure that this is non-intentional.

You can make this occur every draft pick (Normal & Ranked).

Sorry if there were any spelling fails or grammar fails but i am only 14 and my native language is swedish so dont blame meh pl0x.
