In game chat and info are flickering

Description In game chat and info are flickering Title: [newest patch] - Fitting bug title Server: EUW Type of Bug: In game Details: Only in game my screens does weird things when i hold TAB down or Chat or Space and then mouse on the side. Plz look the video... Keep in mind i HOLD TAB ETC DOWN. In the video the stutering isn't as frequent as without fraps on -> so i check video settings still no luck
