Twitch Prime Loot - Cannot Claim Loot

I have claimed loot in the past up until this one and everything is linked and fine. When I click to go to the League of Legends Prime Loot, it takes me to the screen and says "Claim Now" and I press it, It pulls up "Successfully claimed" and tells about the Instructions and to download the game if I don't have it and such. The problem is the capsule has never shown up in the past week and I've tried every day. When I refresh the page, it says "Claim Now" again. I've never had issues until now. I've relinked my LoL account twice as well. I've tried on a different browser. I've tried everything I could possibly think of. Anyone else experience this?

Same issue I sent a ticket yesterday, I thought it was just me. Perhaps it's systemic. Regardless, I claimed it a month ago and now it says I can only claim the first, when I do nothing goes into my account nor do I get moved on. It's just stuck.

i claimed my 1st twitch prime more than 30 days ago, but i still can't claim the 2nd month of twitch prime

I am not able to claim the first one. When I click "Claim Now" the wheel of unending just keeps spinning. I have the game and everything is linked just fine. Please help!

Please do not necro old threads as doing so violates the Board Universal Rules. In the future, if we're having a similar problem or encountering the same bug, it's still better to make a new thread on the topic than bump a dead one. I'm going to lock this thread down now.
