Twitch Prime Loot - Cannot Claim Loot

I have claimed loot in the past up until this one and everything is linked and fine. When I click to go to the League of Legends Prime Loot, it takes me to the screen and says "Claim Now" and I press it, It pulls up "Successfully claimed" and tells about the Instructions and to download the game if I don't have it and such. The problem is the capsule has never shown up in the past week and I've tried every day. When I refresh the page, it says "Claim Now" again. I've never had issues until now. I've relinked my LoL account twice as well. I've tried on a different browser. I've tried everything I could possibly think of. Anyone else experience this?

Same issue I sent a ticket yesterday, I thought it was just me. Perhaps it's systemic. Regardless, I claimed it a month ago and now it says I can only claim the first, when I do nothing goes into my account nor do I get moved on. It's just stuck.

My problem as well is I can't remember if I ever got my first one in this promotion as well. I'm pretty sure I did though, but I want to make sure as well. I sent in a ticket about an hour ago. Hopefully it's just a visual bug on Twitch's end. Oh well, off to attempt to climb in Solo and hate myself more lol.

do you guys have an update? and did you guys send the ticket to league or twitch? Please I need help! I currently have an infinite loop when I click claim now. :(

Trying to figure it out the past few days again. I gave up a few months back, but every time I try to get in touch with Twitch, nothing works. I made a ticket to League and they said everything was fine. I've unlinked everything and relinked it back. Every time I go to Twitch and have to put in the ticket that it's about Twitch Prime, they resend you to Amazon (because login is required apparently even though it doesn't relink back...because Twitch...) so I'm essentially stuck in a loop between Amazon and Twitch and not being able to get support. It's pretty much still an infinite loop of loading on every browser I try as well.

i claimed my 1st twitch prime more than 30 days ago, but i still can't claim the 2nd month of twitch prime

I am not able to claim the first one. When I click "Claim Now" the wheel of unending just keeps spinning. I have the game and everything is linked just fine. Please help!
