Chilling smite graphic bug

Was playing as rengar jungle with stalkers blade. Whenever smite went on cooldown, the lines that denote the spell's cd would extend out of the smite icon and flash across screen as long as it was on cooldown.

Bump because haven't seen anyone else reporting this. Happens everytime I take smite regardless of champ/items.

Bump, this essentially makes smite unusable. It is amazing stuff like this goes live.
