General buggs

Many some targeted abilities and autoattacks will hit even after target has flashed over walls, while others will get canceled. Melee champions cannot attack champions on the other side of a minion, no mater how close they are, recall sometimes not canceling when hit, lissandra ult casting but not doing anything for a sec or two. Abilities that hit allies don't always go off the first time with quick cast.
