Katarina Ult
I was playing ARAM as Amumu and every time I used my ult Curse of the Sad Mummy, Katarina used instantly her ult Death Lotus right in my ult. I don't know if this is right or is a bug.

Amumu's Curse of the Sad Mummy is not a stun and does not function as a stun. It is a snare/root with a 100% reduction in attack speed. This means for auto attack only champions like Vayne, it is a stun, but for casters like Katarina, they can still use their abilities.
