[GAMEPLAY] Garen R + Lee Sin W

I played a ranked game in which I ulted Lee Sin the very moment he ward jumped and 3 things happened:

1. Demacian Justice did 0 DMG, much like when players go out of vision during the casting of R
2. Demacian Justice went on CD, unlike when players go out of vision during casting of R
3. Lee Sins Hexdrinker did NOT activate, or so i saw from the replay
