Fix the fucking no Hp bar

i dont want any skins or voice chat or anything just fix ur basics wtf why i load into a game then i dont find my name and hp bar then i try to recconect and my team remake and i lose my lp wtf is this ?? is riot that stupid ?? maybe i dont know but this is bullshit for sure this bug was since 8.1 riot fix ur shitty game ty
